Dr. Presgraves has been my primary care doctor for a few years. He is always so attentive and always asks if I have any questions or concerns I need to talk to him about. I have diabetes, High blood pressure, Afib, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, acid reflux, gout because of high uric acid, CKD type 3b, and he handles all my medications to keep these under control. I highly recommend him!!
I found his bed side manners very poor. He spoke at me instead of to me. He was rude.. Said all my problems where because I am OBese! But yet his staff are very big girls, way bigger than me. He refused to want to listen to my symptoms, got agitated when I told him I was a nurse for 18 years, he then told me to go drive 4 hours to florida for better health care. I left in tears, Im steady loosing weight, chocking on food, and have an enlarged thyroid, didnt make me feel any better. He acted as though he was a specialist in G... read more
Dr. Presgraves has been our family physician for about 3 years or so now, and we couldn’t be more grateful. He and his staff always go above and beyond to look after us, they are always friendly and professional and make us feel like family. I highly recommend this place for anyone in the area!
Great staff. Dr is caring, patient, good listener, communicater, and made sure I understood care plan my medical needs. A very positive experience!
