For everyone that has Dr James Johnson as their primary care provider you already know how friendly and helpful they are at this Dr's office. This is for the people that are looking for another primary physician or have relocated to Crossville and don't have a primary doctor yet. I am very slow to post my opinion on the web, because I am a private person, however, after more than 20 years of dedicated service to me and my family, I think it's time I share how wonderful Dr. Johnson and his staff really are. Dr. Johnson and his staff are not like a normal doctor's office. If you are wanting to be in and out and see the shirttail of your doctor, this is not the office for you. I have called three times to try to get in as a new patient. Lots of reasons and excuses, But finally the answer was given as no, because I was retired military.... So sad
