Amazing provider and surgeon. He has been amazing from the start of my process making me feel comfortable and confident.
1st timer at OrthoArizona-Avondale! Very easy to find location , parking a nightmare staff gotta park across street, no auto door for Handicapped small waiting room that's why only 4. I give Dr. Hawkins and the staff 5! Dr. Hawkins is extremely educated in orthopedics and very thorough in diagnoses. The staff are very kind, had X-rays done very sweet lady polite,caring very good experience. There is a Handicap unisex bathroom. Staff and faculty very clean.
There was quite a bit of waiting in the back office, but once i was seen it all went wonderfully. Dr. Hawkins' PA was awesome.
Dr. Hawkins is an Outstanding doctor. During my vocation as an aviator for 55 continuous years, I’ve “seen it all” as they say. I’m sure Dr Hawkins can say the same. Arguably, all of may adult life I’ve been the recipient healthcare at its finest. I may not know the details of a surgeon's profession, but I do know the commitment required to face every day in making irrevocable quality of life decisions.
