If I could give 10 stars, I would. James Russell has not just a genuine, loving bed side manner, but he also loves his patients. He does not rush, like most doctors do. He does not demean you or act bothered when you ask questions, like most doctors do. Doctor's could learn a thing or two from James when it comes to true customer care.
