Our experience going to PA Rusch has been excellent. He has seen my husband and I and two of our kids. He is polite and honest and a great communicator. Basically, he is not rude. I came to him to check out my umbilical hernia, and he gave me options and I asked him to refer to me to Mayo for surgery, and he did. What he told me about the hernia was exactly what they ended up doing at Mayo successfully.
