Lacked any bedside manner and was not personable at all with my daughter and I. With adults that may work, but a Nationwide Children's doctor I expect more with children. It's hard to feel like a doctor is vested in your child's health when the appointment was 90% him typing on his computer, only to look at her and say "you need someone that can do a more complex surgery." I can respect the referral but void of emotion and interest with a child, do better. Glad to not have to go back and see him again.
