I like Dr. Leitner 🙂. The office on the other hand is virtually impossible to get through to 😣.
Unprofessional. Will not return calls. Left 10 messages over two days. No response.
Dr Leitner is a pleasure. Her office is a big joke if you try to reach a human. I h ave called many times over the past month and never get a return call. I need a script that the Doctor recommended and cannot get a response. This is not a way an office should run! The drug company has also called and get no responses
Dr. Leitner is lovely. However, the practice is not on top of their patient coordination. I have called the office several times and left messages regarding medication--with no response. I needed to reschedule an appointment and, again, was very difficult to get in touch with anyone in the office. This practice needs to improve their communication if they want to retain patients.
