I have had good experiences with Dr. Rosser and his front desk staff. No complaints here! He and the people in the Surgery Center took good care of me when I had my gallbladder out.
I wish I could give him 10 stars. Compassionate, caring and empathetic. My GPs office sent me to him by mistake. He was not the type of specialist I needed to see, but he made sure I got a referral to the RIGHT specialist. We ended our visit together with a hug and he was so sweet. He told me he would be praying for me. GRMC had denied me for an imaging test and said I needed to have $1600 up front before they would even set an appointment up. If I could give him a -10, I would. He put my port for chemo in so deep it couldn’t be used. Now, I was told to be at his office at 11:15 for a colonoscopy meeting I walked in the door at 11:16 after wandering the parking lot to find his office and they told me I was too late and had to reschedule. I don’t know why GRMC keeps him on. He is completely incompetent and his office staff are horrible and rude.
