My AC stopped working last night unexpectedly and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed today due to the thunder storms or it being last minute and possibly needing an appt in advance.. I called James and he answered right away, I explained what was going on with my AC and he had me text him my address. Within 30 minutes of that phone call, James had my AC working again. Great customer service also great and fast service
Of course I am biased because he is my husband now, lol. I have seen this man leave our house at midnight because a customer's ac was out and he didn't want them to sleep in the heat. He will go out of his way and drop everything we are doing to help people in need "right now". He is honest and will fix your unit if it is at all do-able. He does new installs, repairs, changeouts, maintenance, etc. Give him a call next time you have heating or cooling needs. You wont regret it.
