Initial consult. Check-in was phenomenally efficient, was seen exactly on time, supporting RN was very pleasant and accommodating, and Dr Ross was extremely confident, informative and decisive in my action plan.
Felt totally ignored saw three people before I got to see the doctor for my 9:30 appointment I was asked to be there at 9:00 and wasn't seen by the doctor till 10:30 this is not how I want to be treated
