Dr. Grimes is an exceptional doctor. He has the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced—kind, patient, and truly takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. He never makes you feel rushed and always shows genuine care and understanding. I feel very lucky to have him as my doctor.
I showed up 2 minutes late and the very rude receptionist told me I would have to reschedule for a simple blood pressure reading. There was NOBODY in their waiting room and not a single car in front of their office. Ridiculous, especially since they did not advise me to be there 15 minutes early. I waited a week to get this 5 minute test done. Dont waste your time with these people!
