Thanks to a thorough pre-construction planning phase, it all went completely according to schedule. No delays, no significant cost change. 100% accurate to the original estimate with no surprises. Fantastic work, very hands on, practical guidance, and amazing craftsmanship. They have now done our primary bath and our new kitchen. Would highly recommend!
We cook at home almost every night, so functionality mattered more to us than trendy designs. The new layout flows so much better now and nothing feels cramped anymore. One drawer track felt stiff after installation, but they came back promptly and adjusted it without any hassle.
Andrew and his team at James River Remodeling did a fantastic job on our laundry room remodeling project. Andrew was helpful to bounce ideas off of as I made decisions about layout and had great suggestions. He put together a very detailed budget and stuck to it. We had a small project, replacing backsplash in our kitchen. Andrew was communicative, professional, and the work turned out great! Transformed the feel of our kitchen - they will definitely be my first call in the future as we consider further kitchen and bathroom upgrades.
