Phone number is not working
I came in as a walk in and happened to have my grandson with me and I was told children aren't allowed in the building. I thought I was going to a medical facility and had no idea especially when I searched for the website prior to going and they have children on their site pictures...just a heads up to anyone who might not be aware
I called before I came and ask if they were open at 12:50. Got here at 1:00pm and someone wrote a sign said 30 minute lunch and it’s almost been an hour. It’s ridiculous and my doctor needs the Lab today so I can get my medication. I’m not impressed. Not only that, but there’s multiple people sitting outside in the rain, including myself.
Employer tried calling the day before to no answer. I tried calling twice on the day of the test (Saturday) to no answer. On their website and Google, it said they would be open Saturday. Show up on Saturday: hours are scratched out and the door is locked. This is a time sensitive test, so definitely not was I was hoping for or expecting. Fix your hours!
