am very disappointed with the level of communication and customer service I have received. My riding mower was picked up on May 21st for maintenance. When I spoke with the office representative, I explained the work that needed to be done and also requested that a grass collection system the bagger chute to be ordered for the mower, I have the 2 bags J just need the Chute and Boot Assembly.
