I cannot say enough about the excellent service I have received from Celeste, Jackie and the service department at James River. For the past few years, I have been bringing my farm equipment for routine maintenance. They have always been thorough in fixing any issues and taking care of even the little things (like a loose compartment door). As I said, excellent customer service and attention to detail!
I will start off by saying . I have walked in to a location in Rock hill two times to buy a tractor and another zero turn mower and was ignore. And they were not busy either time. Their loss .But I saw an add for a used John Deere tractor. I sent a message and got a quick response. The next morning called Celeste at the newton location. I asked her if I could give a deposit over the phone. So They would hold it til I pick it up Saturday. She said that was fine. Saturday I went and picked the tractor up. James River Equipment of Newton NC hands down best customer serve, Celeste is sales made me comfortable and she was so knowledgeable and easy to contact. Jamie Wright delivered my equipment and took an extensive amount of time explaining usage and answered all my questions with a smile. Highly recommend!
Purchased my new John Deer X350 on Monday and was delivered to my home on Friday. Tim Conn was the salesman that helped me. Tim was very helpful on helping me decide on the mower that would suit me best. Jamie Wright delivered my mower to the house. He didn’t just drop it off butt he took the time to explain everything about it. Jamie made sure I was familiar with everything. I appreciate it! They have my business from now on!
