Unfortunately when you buy John Deere you get to deal with these people. Warranty doesnt cover pick and delivery. They refuse to work with their customers and whay should have been a warranty coverage cost me $400 on top of the several thousands I spend on a brand new mower. Stay away

location is convenient, the sales staff and service staff was excellent, there was damage to the product and they responded quickly and got it fixed quick/ made it super convenient. Rylan Burton gave exceptional customer service in making sure we were taken care of- so friendly and attentive and very catering- will definitely do all my purchases with him.
