First, I want to say Eric and Dale are awesome just like the other reviewers said they were. Their customer service is top notch and most importantly they are men of there word which is hard to come by these days. I thought I've done a review for James River years back. Guess not. Just had my tractor and zero turn serviced at my home by Hunter. That's twice he's been here and both times I have been impressed with both his professionalism and his friendliness. First visit was for an implement I totally got tangled into my tractor and he had it fixed in no time with his truck/boom.
