I needed parts for my old John Deere riding mower. I described what I needed and staff figured out exactly what I needed over the phone. When I picked up the parts, they fit precisely. They were accurate, friendly, and very helpful.
Ryan is the man! Helped me get a new tractor and load it! He talked me through all the options and helped me pick the right one for me. He is very knowledgeable! 100% recommend him! And the whole team was great!
I would like to thank James River of Danville, Virginia. I was on a project and my tractor went down on a Friday. I made the call to the service manager ,Trenton Dalton, and he immediately helped me solve the problem. He knew I was having electrical problems and he schedule a technician out Tuesday, which was after Memorial Day. The technicians was Samuel Dalton very professional.
