Bobby Shelton at the service desk has always been very knowledgeable and helpful with all my equipment needs! So is the rest of the staff. I'm so glad they are close by. All are great to work with!
They are happy to sell you new stihl equipment, but no one there knows how to use the stihl parts computer system. So these parts guys tell you your machine is obsolete. You go to another local store, and they will have your parts in a matter of minutes. It's kind of a joke, in my opinion. They are willing to sell the stuff but are not willing to back it up with quality parts assistance. I do not own any John Deere equipment, so I cannot speak to their john deere assistance.
