I recently purchased a zero turn Z320R from the James River equipment dealership in Chester (1711 E hundred rd) which has given me more frustrations than I had anticipated. The zero turn would take forever to start. I have tried using the choke on with different throttle levels, 25%, 50%, and 100% throttle, all to try to get this new mower to start. Terrible service experience at James River Equipment – Chester, VA. I brought in a nearly new John Deere 315E mower with only 37.4 hours on it, well within its 3-year/200-hour warranty. The machine had a recurring fuel-related issue that I clearly described upon drop-off. Was in a serious bind, Needed a key to a john deere rubber tire loader. And all locations were about to close ,I called this green line location and they had one In stock.i told the guy I was on the way from the big job on commerce and really needed that key. Well GPS said I would arrive at 4:50pm , my luck it's started pouring down raining and traffic from Willis rd all the way to rt 10 was going 15mph.
