On road service is horrible, in fact they rarely come out and when they do they admit they don't know much about the machine I have. 95% of the time I do my own research on the issues and have to fix it myself. They said a week till they can get to me. It's over a week and they never scheduled anything. In the mean time I fixed it myself. This is equipment with warranty.
