Aaron at the parts counter helped me today and went above and beyond to try to make a part work for me. Although we didn't find the right part, his effort was tremendous. Thanks for that!!
Our salesman was very helpful in gettin our new tractor. Had equipment from old tractor put in the new one. Was easy to work with and quoted an equal or better tractor options which is very nice knowing the new tractor will not be missing something you are use to just to get price lower to get the sale.
Took my jd 3320 to them two times still having same problem. They said it was fixed. Cost me 4500 hundred dollars tractor still not working like it is supposed to. Staff is friendly
I had a 30 year old John Deere lawn mower that had been serviced in the past by James River which always did a great job in a short amount of time. It began running rough for a couple weeks and then would not start. I spoke with the service manager who actually talked me out of having it repaired due to the age, expected issue and probable cost.
