From the time I arrived for my appointment there was great service. Although I had to wait a little longer than usual Doctor Phelps was great and gave me good advice how to protect my hand from getting hurt again. Exactly visit
I had a disappointing experience during my consultation with Dr. James Richard Phelps. I found his communication style to be dismissive, and I struggled to get clear, direct answers to my questions. I left the appointment feeling more confused than when I arrived. Overall, the bedside manner and level of engagement did not meet my expectations
visited to help with my finger trigger diagnosis, explained the options and i chose an injection. that aliviated my pain and continues to improve. very nice and spend the time for me to understand and make the best decision for me.
I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Phelps. He was through and professional. The office staff was kind and conscious. I am glad I chose him for my orthopedic issues!
