James Repair Service is a joke !! I had the a similar problem They ask for you to pay upfront and then they never fix the appliance and ignore your calls .... A small claim action has been filed in court.
James Repair Service is HORRIBLE !!!!! I had a horrible experience. Indeed, the tech and staff were incompetent . the tech could not fix my 3 years microwave. He made me pay for a part which was not needed as another part was the problem. I called to get a refund for the part which costed $ 100 according to them. I am still waiting for such refund. They ignored my phone calls and letters. They are thieves and totally incompetent. Please report them immdiatly to the authorities. fairfield ct resident.
