I would strongly discourage anyone from using James' services!! My family member engaged his services for a residential renovation in 2023. He commenced demo and once demo was completed, he requested the second progress payment. From here, he would not show up to work when he said he would, and was extremely difficulty to contact. First of all address is incorrect so make sure you have proper contact point if you need it. I engaged with James renos to renovate my backyard and have some pergola, the job was supposed to finished over 2 months but after 6 months and disappearing for months he leave the job unfinished. I complaint with ACCC but he even failed to reply them as well. I shall go for the next step. James Renos was awesome! Initially had them work on the plumbing & and they were so good I called them back to redo my kitchen & install my heating too. Each time they were quality & affordable. Genuinely 10/10
