Brought a family member in for urgent care assessment. Was greeted by this physician, he was in and out didn’t say much the whole time. I felt like he just came from surfing as he wasn’t very professional. He wanted X-rays done which was done but he handed a card to us and said “she has strong bones but it’s broken she needs surgery, go see him” and left. Well, the card was ortho doctor Connolly. I came in for a routine physical as I have recently repatriated to the US. Dr. Reed was extremely sincere, kind and caring! I wish we had more doctors like him back in London! Thank you very much Dr. Reed, I really appreciate your help! Very best, Julian
We are so fortunate to have Dr. Reed in our community. I have nothing but great things to say about the care and kindness he has shown each time my family has needed him. He is always present when he enters the room and is never hurried when it comes to your visit. You will not find many doctors in your lifetime that are as great as Dr. Reed. He has always gone beyond what I would have expected when needing to see a doctor.

My recent experience at the Urgent Care was by far the best experience I've ever had with a doctor and any health care facility, hands down. There was virtually no wait time and Dr. Reed was extremely attentive, compassionate and resourceful. He asked all the right questions, was thorough in his examination and diagnosis, and took special care to address any and all concerns I had regarding treatment.
