We chose James Ray Construction because they had the house plan we wanted on their website. We were not familiar with their work as we lived out of state, but as we have gone through the process with them we are very happy we chose them to build our new home. They made every step of the process easy. They responded quickly to our questions and requests. The workmanship the sub-contractors did is excellent. Dakota and Bailey were easy to work with. They were very responsive and kept us updated with what was going on with our build. The quality of our new home is great. I recommend for a custom build. We got everything we wanted right in our price range and with great quality. I also liked how you could text Bailey or Dakota with questions or issues and they were immediate to respond, resolve and clarify.
