I went to Dr Ransbottom for a post release check-up after being hospitalized for covid. He was entirely disinterested in anything I had to say, any questions I had, or concerns I had relating to side effects of medication I was given. He asked me when I was getting the vaccine, I explained that I did not intend to. The nature of the visit turned antagonistic, at this point. I had a very disagreeable experience with Dr Ransbottom. This is a very rude person. He seems to delight in his own sarcasm. Also, he diagnosed me without testing me on a whim. He put me on a pill that gave me severe adverse reactions. He told me my symptoms were just my imagination and I should stay on the pill that was making me cough up blood and have chest pains and heart palpitations. His incompetence nearly killed me. I found him to be amazing. He listened to all of my needs. He even brought up items that I would’ve never thought of asking. He will remain as my doctor.

Don't care for him at all. He's dismissive when you share concerns and gave me bad information. I ended up going to see a specialist who helped me. He will say snarky rude comments like "you will just have to deal with it" when it comes to health issues. Seems to not even care when you're speaking about concerns. I ended up in ER before when I previously shared a concern with him and he completely dismissed me and didn't bother helping. I would avoid him if possible and seek another doctor ASAP.
