When Dr Ragland walked in and sat down, he had the answer what was wrong with me. By the end of the visit, I need to loose weight, I have been. I was a diabetic, I had my blood checked 1 month earlier and my levels were fine. I argued with him about it. I'm over medicated, I am coming off some of my meds but doing it one at a time. I was already doing everything. Now skip forward 3 weeks. My symptoms are getting worse as I continue his advice. WASTE OF MY TIME!!! Seeking 2nd opinion in Billings.

I only saw Dr. Ragland via video. Like a lot of neurologist they seem to not look at visit notes, Ragland does video visits in many states. From what I experienced per one of my visits he was at home still in his pajamas. Our last visit he had not looked at my mri until I mentioned if he had. He said no! A minute later he found it , he gave it a 10 second look. I asked how many lesions do I have? Didn’t know. I went to a different doctor and was told I had to many to count. I don’t recommend his services

I don't think he knows what he's doing or he just plain doesn't care. He completely dismissed me and my issues. My husband also seen him and he ran all these test, claimed he had all this stuff in his medical file then later deleted notes later. He also said all these tests came back normal and in his chart they clearly say abnormal. He even called my husband on his personal phone. Hi P.A. is very nice but very misguided being under him.

Terrible! Rude! I would never see him again! He basically told me that the only reason I have migraines is because I’m too fat. He was so mean to me.

Dr. Ragland is a very thorough professional who takes the time to actually address patient concerns. Would highly recommend him.

Dr. Ragland is one of a kind! He listen to my patients, their fears and anxieties, and try to assure them and how to take care of themselves. He takes the time to "find" the problem and "fix" the problem and does not just put a band aid on it to get by. I always left like a person and never a number or a billable hour when meeting with Dr. Ragland. He always went over and above and exceeded my expectations as a person and as a doctor. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Ragland is one of a kind! I can honestly say he's one of the best physicians I have ever met and had for my care. He genuinely listens to understand, not just to respond. He is thorough, respectful, extremely intelligent, compassionate and reassuring. Dr. Ragland is the epitome of what all medical professionals should strive to be!

Since being diagnosed with possible PD 3 1/2 years ago, and seeing 4 different neurologists, Dr. Ragland is the best doctor yet! He is very thorough and spends a great deal of time with me at each appointment making sure I understand every detail. If there is something he is unsure of, you can be certain that he will research it! I couldn't be more impressed!
