He seemed very rushed. I injured my back so I was unable to trim my toenails and had the beginnings of a couple of ingrown toenails. I did not care for his bedside manner. I am elderly and it seemed he just clipped my nails very fast, filed my nails quickly (one swipe across each) to be done with me. I actually felt invisible. Which is not a good feeling. I will not return to see him. I think this is the first poor review of any doctor that I’ve ever written.
I was a patent here for over 20 years and I miss the excellent care I got from Dr. Pietrocarlo, now retired. I don't feel the same care with Dr. James Vavra at all. He always rushes me out the door and doesn't seem to know, acknowledge or care about my foot problems or me as a patient at all. Sadly seeking a new foot dr.
He is a very compassionate knowledgeable doctor if you have foot problems, he can make them better. He has helped me immensely over the years.
Dr. James Vavra is a cut above.
