Dr. Steinmetz is Very Caring, Attentive, Through, Extremely Knowledgeable , I have been going to Broome Urology almost every week now since June 2023. I always find Dr. Steinmetz very focused on my situation. Like I am his only Patient. His Nurse Jackie is amazing, always there to serve, very compassionate. I highly recomend Dr. Steinmetz and His staff. They couldn't be any better
My 97 year old husband has deep wall bladder cancer. Dr Steinmetz has well accommodated my wish not to treat the cancer but to take the minimal measures to stop the bleeding. The doctor quickly responds to problems of bleeding. He is very nice.
Dealing with some of Dr. Steinmetz rude staff, specifically Emily, has resulted in me finding another provider for my metastasized prostate cancer. I felt bullied and was very uncomfortable going to my appointments. With my new provider I feel that they really care about my health and well being. It’s now a pleasant experience versus something I dreaded doing.
I feel fortunate to have Dr. Steinmetz as my urologist. He gets to the point, provides good advice and great care.
I have been seeing Dr Stienmetz for close to 10 years He has treated me well . To me he seems very caring. I met him after i had a colonoscopy where they saw a shadow . it turned out to be cancer. he gave me the options i had it removed. I have received awesome care .
Would NOT recommend this Urologist. Misdiagnosed me, wanted to do unnecessary surgery. Doesn't listen at all. Not open to anything or other options but doing things 'his way'. Others at this office much better from the patient side of view.
Due to a high PSA count and a family history of prostate cancer, Dr. Steinmetz has been closely monitoring my medical situation for the past few years. Throughout this process, which has included two biopsies and an MRI, both Dr. Steinmetz and his staff have impressed me with their professionalism, thoroughness and knowledge. I highly recommend this skilled physician.
Dr Steinmetz- ordered many tests and procedures to find out why I had been having numerous uti and kidney infections. He did explain each procedure to me and the results.
