I had an alarm blaring & a code showing that I had air in the fuel line after changing both fuel filters on my JD5100E. I called Johnnie Walker at the Kensington location service department for help. He walked me through a few simple troubleshooting tips...and his help cured my issue! Great guy...backed by a great company. Highly recommend them for both sales and service!

I’m disappointed with my experience at the John Deere location in Derry. The store hours posted online and on the sign out front both state that the store closes at 4:00 PM. However, when my husband and I arrived at approximately 2:30 PM, the doors were locked. We spoke with maintenance workers, who informed us that they actually close everything up at 1:00 PM. Bought a new s130 riding mower. It was delivered this morning and there was some scratches and marrying on the seat. I called Kevin Rosencrantz who immediately took care of the problem took the tractor back replaced the seat and sent it back to me the same day. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. You really know how good a company is on how they handle their problems and this was handled perfectly. Thanks again kevin.

Please feel free to reach out if you choose I wish I could leave you zero stars - you don't deserve any. You are 0/2 in my books 0 for my 1025TLB. It died on me today (service yesterday with 436hrs on the dial). No oil in the sump. It is only after the fact that I noticed the oil drippings on my driveway everywhere where I crossed. 0 for my neighbor's X738 which he bought on my recommendation. I've purchased two tractors from Rosencrantz, Derry, over the years and have generally had good experiences. Unfortunately, my recent interactions with the service department have left me very disappointed. I've brought several John Deere tractor tires to them due to dry rot and air loss issues. Each time, I was met with significant pushback when requesting new tires instead of tubes or repairs. I genuinely appreciate a shop trying to save customers money, but when a customer understands the options, explains what they want ... read more
