We have had very good experiences all around at Rosencrantz in Derry. From the purchase of our tractor to any service or implement additions we have done. Most recently, Jesse was able to deliver our tractor back to us quickly after a grapple install. Customer service is on point. Thank you!
I bought a tractor private sale and I called Rosencrantz in Derry and talk to Jesse. Just to give me some advice on if this could be a decent tractor. He went on his way to tell me things to look for even told me if I took a video of the tractor. He would give me his best advice if I should buy it. He didn’t try to get me to buy a tractor from his dealership and yes, I will try to service my tractor at his dealership.
Customer service and personal contact is so important today - had an issue with my John Deere X304 tractor which I have had for years and I had a starting issue - Jesse Rosenkrantz took care of my issue with a simple phone call - saved me from having to go over to the store and buy a new battery - I have been dealing with this John Deere store ever since I purchased my tractor - even purchased a new snow blower from them 2 years ago - they are a great store to deal with!
Their large bodied flatbed driver recklessly tailgating people on the highway at 80mph is enough to tell me about the way these people handle business.
