Terrible. I have attempted to purchase from them on three different occasions for residential products, compact tractor, tractor attachments, and parts, and all three times they were not helpful. I have tried both locations, Derry and Kensington, just hoping one location was poor, but got the same poor treatment from both. The parts department at the Derry location was surprisingly bad because the gentleman, fairly nice, couldn't find any of the parts even after I gave him the JD part #s and honestly seemed impaired. Absolutely, one of the most professional, knowledgeable and caring staff.
I needed to purchase a new snowblower with immediate delivery. I was able to get a hold of someone over the phone as soon as their office opened in the morning. After purchasing over the phone, my new snowblower arrived only a few hours later, along with pickup of my old snowblower. Delivery of the new snowblower and scrapping of the old one came at no additional cost. I am incredibly impressed by their customer service and highly recommended Rosencrantz to any homeowner for their equipment needs.
