Recently we made our first purchase of a new John Deere. We did not pick the correct model for our needs (our fault, not theirs). We were referred to Randy who was able to help us get out of the machine we had and into the tractor of our dreams. It is the nicest piece of equipment we have ever owned and works beyond our expectations. I can not say one bad word about this dealership. Thank you for everything.

Needed to replace a pull cord on a weed whacker… at first I was told it could take about a day until the manager stepped in and said 2.5 weeks, at least. When I questioned that amount of time for a pull cord, the manager replied “if it’s so easy then do it yourself”. Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here

I can’t say enough positive things about James Rosencrantz and Sons. I purchased a tractor from them 5 years ago, that was a great experience. Recently I needed service on the tractor. They picked it up and worked with me on a very satisfactory service estimate. I plan on being a loyal customer for a very long time. Highly recommended

Great experience the store Mr. William and the service of the delivery fantastic great gentlemens they went through the features of the tractor to make chore I have a good experience using, fantastic very happy.
