A good doctor.
I took my husband to Vidant E.R. during the Covid 19 pandemic. He'd been very ill with an unknown illness for several months. Dr. Powell was the one who said, "You need to take him to a dermatologist." He also offered care and kept him overnight at our request. The hospital was frantic and busy. But Dr. Powell was brilliant, and going to a dermatologist led us quickly to a diagnosis of a rare autoimmune disease (Pemphigus Vulgaris).
