Great location, plenty of parking, clean and efficient process and tools used such as early ck in tablet or emails/texts, reminders, Patient portal dashboard systems and Professional team. Facility is clean and stocked. Plenty of seating and assistance. The team seems to work well together and coordinated to meet the needs of its patients.
From check-in to check-out, all of the staff made the environment feel warm, welcoming, and friendly. Mr. Osborne is a very respectful and caring primary care doctor. He takes the time to truly listen and understand your health concerns rather than rushing through appointments. James is just like a family to me.We have been at this location from 2010 and 2018 he started seeing us. He explains everything very well . He has a good listening ear. Sometimes when you visit doctors you wonder what to expect but with James it’s a different ball game he makes you feel better and engaged. I stick to my word with James is our family GOAT
