When you visit the office you'll know why not to use this firm . The attorney cant look you in the eye with a straight answer and not confident how they can locate any item as nothing seems filed!
I used to trust this man on my mother's estate that he took over after major lack of fiduciary from a local Certified Financial Professional from 2018 but now even 3 years under Monroe the estate still isn't close to being closed. Secondly Monroe missed a crucial tax appeal date after Iowa Dept Of Revenue notified him and myself physically taking the papers to him. Absolutely gem of an attorney. I don't like many attorneys but Jim is direct, incredibly smart and knowledgeable and very responsive. I appreciate his counsel very much and so will anyone else that uses his services. Highly recommended.
