First, I was upset that nobody reached out from the office to let me know that Dr. Herbst no longer practiced here. I didn't find out until I showed up for my most recent cleaning that Dr. Abed was now the dentist at this location. After my cleaning, Dr. Abed told me that I had tooth decay on a tooth that had a crown, and that I would have to replace the crown and might need a root canal. Unfortunately I had to get a crown on the last tooth on the top of my mouth. It was tight & difficult for them to reach. Staff was super patient when I requested a break & said that my jaw needed a break from being propped open. It was reassuring that I wasn’t being difficult or a baby. Wonderful dentist facility. The people over here are warm and welcoming. Hygienist Annette is excellent, does a great job with teeth cleaning! Front office is responsive and helpful.
The staff and medical personnel were very professional and thoughtful. You did a superb job looking after me while I was in so much pain. You made having a tooth extraction a good experience.
