Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you. They mostly belong to Dr. Herbst who sold his practice to the current dentist. When Dr. Herbst owned this practice, it was good. Since he sold it, it went downhill fast. Dr. Abed, the new owner/dentist has zero bedside manners. Everything is a rush. He doesn't care to make sure the patients are comfortable. He and his assistant laughed at my child's pain during a procedure he butchered. He performs procedures he's clearly not qualified to do. He left fragments of tooth in two areas aft... read more

I am so grateful to Dr. Shawki Abed, DDS, MS, and his wonderful team. I walked in feeling nervous, but the staff welcomed us with such warmth that I began to relax right away. Every person we met was kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. After seeing Dr. Herbst for over ten years, my first appointment with Dr. Abed was today. I can't say enough good things about the care I received from Dr. Abed and his assistant Mary. Compliments also to Mary at the front desk. Thank you for making a trip to the dentist so painless and pleasant.
