Was running late yesterday because the car was broken and I walked all the way thar for them to give me the rudest treatment and they canceled on me after I walked about 3 miles I'm pissed I'm about to go to somebody else becuse I feel like the workers don't care about us and I'm special needs you just lost a customer a good customer
Absolutely the rudest front desk employees. Rebecca was the absolute nastiest on the phone and in person. The office will not assist my special needs daughter in getting her new glasses. They have horrible customer service and unwillingness to help their customers. I will never go back to this office. I would recommend never booking an appointment with them aswell.
Scratched my cornea, was very painful, doc fixed me up quick and explained everything very well. I’m still sore but I no longer need to scratch my eye out of my head. Doc made sure I was satisfied before I left, wonderful people!
Had a wonderful experience as a patient!
