About a year ago I hurt my back while doing barbell squats. A pain in my lower left back. It took me out for an about 2 days. After that it felt okay, then a month later that spot became a “weak point”. Even sitting in the car for long duration would eventually cause that lower back spot to be tender. I was in a car accident and referred to Dr Castle for Physical Therapy. He is a great Doctor. He always listens, he’s professional and the rest of the office staff is excellent. It’s really easy to schedule appointments and I enjoy going. Highly recommend!!!
I have been seeing Dr. Castle for about five years now. His adjustments are always exactly what my body needs. He takes his time to ask the right questions and then educates me on the treatments before getting started. I leave feeling taller and sometimes a little smarter! Great place!!
