Not a reflection of the physician however of the process with regards to referrals. Was referred to this clinician by my orthopedic doctor 6 weeks ago. Never heard from this office. Called orthopedic to confirm referral was sent. I called this office this morning and was advised the procedure I was referred for is not covered by my insurance. Also asked if this is the reason I never even got a call; was told yes they reviewed my “lack of coverage” and never even gave me a call to let me know. Never received the courtesy to d... read more

I’ve been seeing Dr. Presley for an ankle sprain, and he is a wonderful physician. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and answers all questions thoroughly. What impressed me most, and truly earned my respect, was his hands-on approach. He carefully examined my foot (bare hands) to gain a better understanding of the injury, all without any judgment, which is rare to find these days. I felt heard, respected, and well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Presley. He is truly fantastic.

I had seen several different doctors for severe knee pain without a successful treatment plan when I found Dr. Presley. He was very thorough in his exam and was able to determine that I had stress fractured my femur bone at the knee. He carefully listened to my concerns and helped me formulate a plan that has allowed me to regain my ability to walk confidently without major surgery.
