DISGUSTING RECEPTIONIST!!!!!! I have never encountered such unprofessional and rude staff in a hospital as I did here. The receptionists and staff are completely disrespectful, lacking basic manners or any sense of empathy. They behave as if patients are an inconvenience, constantly rolling their eyes, making irritated faces, and giving mean, cold looks when someone tries to ask for help. They don’t know how to communicate properly and even go as far as shouting at patients and their families, which is absolutely disgusting.... read more
I have been seeing Dr. Malik since 2016, and I have always had a great experience. Dr. Malik is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about patients well-being. The clinic is well-organized, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
I have been going to that office for 10 years and I have never had any problems with Dr Malik. He is a good listener and does his best to help.
Avoid this clinic front staff is rude and zero customer service knowledgeable Avoid these scammers
