Made several call to get an appointment, only to keep getting placed on hold 3 days in a row. For over 35 mins. Then transferred finally, to a voice mail..... I will take my business elsewhere........ that's not how u treat patients.
Dr Ponder and his office staff are the worst. I would give them negative 0 star if I could. Very low vibration. Run don’t walk away from the doctor’s office. Never do they answer their phone in the office. They don’t return phone calls and when you need medication refills, they don’t send the prescription to the pharmacy on time. Dr Ponder doesn’t attend to his elderly patients the way a caring doctor should. He doesn’t review the patient’s file with the patient to remove a patient from meds that no longer serve them. Doctor Ponder is a good doctor, you just need to give him time to get to know you.
Used Dr Ponder for years. Excellent! Very attentive and caring.
Worst Dr I seen in my entire life, if you love your life and want to live your life I wouldn’t advise this Dr to anyone
