I would give James Pointe Apartments a glowing review if it weren't for the sleazy way they dealt with us. We signed a four month lease with a specific end date, but when time came to move out we were told that we were supposed to give 60-day notice before moving out or we would be obligated to keep paying month-by-month at TWICE the price we were currently paying. No one ever once tried to tell us this in person or make this clear to us, and the wording in the lease does not make this clear. HOW can there be an end date ... read more
