They're super nice. Kinda slow on maintenance, but the price's can be pretty high, but (i think) they take section 8 voucher's,& they do business with Alaska Housing. They are (from what i'm told) only 2 bedroom apartments here. The building's (i think) are pretty old, but (i think) well maintained. The new manager's are super friendly, if you're friendly,& understanding back to them.
