I agree with the previous response. I walked in to make an appointment with 5 ladies working the front desk. 4 of them were "chatting it up" with a guy while one was left to answer calls and handle the desk. I waited more than 10 minutes to be helped. I called from my cell phone and they just looked at their phone and went back to talking. My chin had to hit the floor at this point. the doctors are ok but front service is really bad, they just think they are the last coke on the desert.
