Very helpful and friendly staff
I’ve been a long‑time customer, but James Pharmacy has made it unmistakably clear that they do not value the people they serve. When my grandson’s Air Force recruiter requested a simple verification letter on pharmacy letterhead — a routine document any competent pharmacy can provide — they claimed they ‘don’t have letterhead’ and refused to help. Very friendly staff.
Great customer service excellent people are working here.
I am visiting from out of town and left a couple prescriptions at home. I was hoping to get refills for the week but the staff was unfortunately very rude and unhelpful on the phone. Thankfully CVS in Barron was very willing to help!
