He is a very attentive and knowledgeable doctor. He kept me updated on my father’s health even after our appointment, which showed how much he cares about his patients. I would gladly trust my loved ones in his care. The office also has a positive and welcoming environment, which is so refreshing! also he’s cute LOL all adds to 5 stars!
While being treated for a GI issue, a new medical problem was caused during care. Although the provider recognized it, he failed to address it despite having multiple opportunities. Instead, I was repeatedly asked to return to the office to explain and demonstrate a problem that is visibly evident to EVERYONE. Additionally, a prescription was written incorrectly, and my follow-up messages about it went unanswered for several days. I called Dr Penn right back to find out about my results for the cat scan and he was not there he was eager to go downstairs to get his money from the colonoscopies and endoscopies he does!!! He had the nerve to tell me he had to get permission from his staff going forward because I said to the staff what the fiuck where did he go I thought I had cancer!!! I told him dies he think he is the only doctor that can handle me
I had a great experience at Dr. Penn’s office. He is very knowledgeable and professional. His staff is super nice and I was treated with care and respect. I had a great experience here and I’ll keep this office as my gastroenterologist from now on.
