Don’t come here!!! I have been calling since the beginning of Jan and it is now the 21st. No one returns your phone call!! Does dr penn know his patients can’t ghetto through to make needed appointments?
He is a very attentive and knowledgeable doctor. He kept me updated on my father’s health even after our appointment, which showed how much he cares about his patients. I would gladly trust my loved ones in his care. The office also has a positive and welcoming environment, which is so refreshing!

While being treated for a GI issue, a new medical problem was caused during care. Although the provider recognized it, he failed to address it despite having multiple opportunities. Instead, I was repeatedly asked to return to the office to explain and demonstrate a problem that is visibly evident to EVERYONE. Additionally, a prescription was written incorrectly, and my follow-up messages about it went unanswered for several days.
