I managed to break 2 toilet cisterns so as a novice at plumbing I needed some help.I initially tried B&Q but their staff were clueless. Steve at James Payne was great . He took the time to understand my problem and to give me advice on what he thought was the best course of action . They didn't have the parts I needed so he found them online and ordered them to arrive the next day . Parts fitted perfectly and I now have 2 working toilets.
