James Paul Cars have been specialising in BMW (and other prestige brands) since 1990. Yet when I enquired about an BMW E46 M3 asking if the "the big three" maintenance items had been rectified, the reply I got was that they didn't know what the big three were and that (despite being a 1 owner with low mileage) this particular vehicle "sadly wasn't a car for me".
