I am very disappointed with the service I received from James Panel and Paint and Mechanical Repairs Ltd. On Friday, 5 June, I took my vehicle in for a seatbelt repair. I was told the work would be completed that day, but unfortunately it was not finished. I was then asked to return on Saturday, 6 June, and was told that the remaining work would be completed.
