I called to check services in Dripping Springs, and was hurried off the phone and the person that answered was very rude. I was looking for guidance and was willing to hear out and setup an appointment, but was left with a bitter sense of "hurry up I'm busy and we don't have time right now to help you." Either way, can't speak for their work, but initial interaction and first impressions are important.
