I can’t say enough good things about James Whalen and his staff. From the very beginning, they have been professional, attentive, and caring. I would give 0 stars if i could. We began working with this law office back in May, planning and preparing everything for what we were told would be an important consultation on 6/26. We rearranged our schedules, took the entire day off work, and came fully prepared. At the last minute, the lawyer canceled — citing a "schedule mishap." Absolutely unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I called to check services in Dripping Springs, and was hurried off the phone and the person that answered was very rude. I was looking for guidance and was willing to hear out and setup an appointment, but was left with a bitter sense of "hurry up I'm busy and we don't have time right now to help you." Either way, can't speak for their work, but initial interaction and first impressions are important.
